Advocare Alternatives Quality Products Easy on Your Wallet

featuredI’ve been getting a lot of people asking me what popular alternatives there are out there on the market other than Advocare due to how expensive they can be. Let me start by saying that I love their line, but I know how expensive they can be for what you get. Everyone is watching their pennies tighter and tighter these days, and for good reason.

As a result of the MANY requests, I’ve put together a simple page for you to pickup some that are either cheaper and have the SAME quality, or are around the same price but have a much better QUANTITY. Both things should impact your buying decision, so without further adieu, let’s jump right in.

ON Hydro Builder VS. Muscle Gain

platinum hydro builder onAdvocare Cost: 79.99
Typical Cost: Under 59.99

The bottom line is that ON’s products are legitimate. You won’t find a better blended protein for the cost. You get 40 servings of product under 200 calories and 30 grams of protein for more than $20.00 less than Advocare’s Muscle gain. I’ve used the Hydro Builder and it’s awesome. Click the info block below to see what more than 345 people and growing are saying about the product (average 4.3 stars out of 5). Note: the vanilla flavor is the one that’s $20 cheaper, chocolate is around $12 cheaper. It’s also on the Amazon #1 Best Seller list.

Zipfizz Healthy Energy Drink Vs Spark

zipfizzAdvocare Cost: 45.99
Zipfizz Cost: Under 34.99

Let me say that Spark is really hard to compete with. Zipfizz holds it’s ground with Spark and it’s slightly cheaper per serving. They carry a similar taste and both carry the same amounts of caffeine. Zippfizz has much more convenient packaging to carry with you anywhere. People everywhere love this stuff, making it an Amazon best seller with over 1000 reviews.

PS, if you’re not into Grape, drop down the flavor list to select: Berry, Blueberry Raspberry, Citrus, Immune Fizz, Lemon Iced Tea, Liquid Shot, Orange Cream, Orange Soda, Pink Lemonade and a Variety Pack.

ON 2:1:1 Recovery VS. Post Workout Shake

on-211This is a straight up money to content comparison. Advocare’s Post Workout Shake has 14 pouches, and the Optimum Nutrition brand has 15 servings.

The Optimum Nutrition brand is $11.00 cheaper per buy, and is a rock solid product with 4.5 stars. I’ve taken it, and had amazing results as I do with pretty much any Optimum Nutrition supplement. It also tastes fantastic.

NatureWise Green Coffee Bean Extract Vs. Catalyst

green-coffee-beanAdvocare’s product contains 90 capsules versus Naturewise’s 60. The trade off is that you take Catalyst much more often than you do NatureWise so it ends up being a better deal cost wise, for similar results.

It’s also about 10.00 cheaper than the Advocare line and both are fat burners that essentially have the same function.

Supplement Variety Pack VS. 24 Day Challenge

There is no real cost breakdown here because you have to mix and match to get the same as you would get in the 24 day challenge. You can accomplish similar results by picking up a product in each of the categories below. Make sure you test them slowly as with any product to make sure there are no issues with body chemistry and being sensitive to caffeinated products. I recommend using Amazon.com to pick these products up as they usually have the best deals.

  • Low Calorie/Carb Energy Drink
  • Whey Protein
  • Creatine for Muscle Growth
  • A Good Multi Vitamin
  • Prune Juice to start your cleanse

Hopefully this walkthrough from RFU Health Systems has given you a great resource to find some healthy alternatives to Advocare Products. It’s true that they are more expensive than most and with a little effort and research, you can find products that work just as well for a better cost. I’m confident our walkthrough here will make sure you get on the right track and find the best workout supplements to fit your needs.
